Job summary

Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center in Scottdale, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our 35-bed long-term care facility. The role is full-time with a day shift and on-call rotation to support our residents and staff.

The ADON will lead nursing operations, participate in wound rounds, infection control, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one-year Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
