Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team in Reading, PA. You will support the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing operations, and help ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention efforts. The role requires PA RN licensure and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Pennsylvania in good standing
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility
• Familiarity with geriatric population preferred
• Experience or knowledge of infection prevention and control practices in healthcare or long-term care preferred
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

As the ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of resident care, and supporting the facility's infection prevention and control program. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
