Job summary

The ADON will lead nursing operations, participate in wound rounds, infection control, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one-year Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
