At the iconic Signia by Hilton Atlanta (https://signiabyhiltonatlanta), we are seeking an Assistant of Food and Beverage to join our leadership team!

This hotel is a destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as its backdrop, this 976-room property showcases the soul of Atlanta in a new way. The leader will report to the Food and Beverage Director and oversee 8 managers across 7 food and beverage outlets, managing $14 million in revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience overseeing multiple high-volume outlets. Proven ability to motivate and train large teams in a large hotel environment is essential.

The expected schedule for this position is from 12 pm to 10 pm, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing all Food and Beverage operations, including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budgeting, marketing, reporting, and department management.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Develop and implement menus and marketing strategies in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Assess service and satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
