The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a full-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidate has upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Seeking someone who takes initiative and has a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: variable, with typical shifts from 10:30 am - 7 pm or 4 pm - 1 am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Runner, you will maintain and transport all food products for designated outlets, supporting outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and replenish foods for buffets, including fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.
• Replenish ice and maintain sanitation standards for temperature and hygiene
• Transport food items to and from the kitchen
• Check, maintain, and control inventory of food items
• Restock outlets and break down buffets for cleaning and setup for the next day
• Perform general cleaning to maintain work area cleanliness
• Put away food stock and dry goods according to standards
