Job description

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a part-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidates have upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking someone who takes initiative and has a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern:

Variable shifts, typically 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate:

$12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for designated outlets, supporting outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for hot and cold buffets, including fruits, juices, cereals, bread, hot food, etc.
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards for time and temperature
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory of food items
• Restocking outlets and breaking down buffets for cleaning and setup for the next day
• Performing general cleaning to maintain a tidy work area
• Putting away food stock and dry goods according to standards
