Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to support the Director in overseeing operations and maintenance across multiple sites in New York. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while coordinating with site teams and security.

You will backfill the Director, develop maintenance schedules, manage inspections, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Backup to the Director of Facilities during absences.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with city/state agencies on violations or summonses.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records.
• Prepare facilities for inspections by state or city agencies.
• Enter and update data in the facilities management database.
