Job summary

MacKenzie-Childs is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations across a multi-site footprint, including a manufacturing plant and corporate office in Aurora, NY. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance to support business continuity and efficiency.

The role requires strong electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge, project leadership, vendor management, and OSHA know-how with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• HVAC/R training preferred and EPA 608 certification desired.
• 8+ years in facilities or maintenance leadership is expected.
• Experience with manufacturing, warehouse and office environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign, schedule, and oversee all Facilities Department work across sites.
• Lead facilities operations for manufacturing, corporate office, and warehouse.
• Manage infrastructure projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide project management for large events and site preparations.
• Oversee maintenance of company vehicles and grounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency initiatives.
