Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager for a Denver property to ensure safety and optimal operation of all building systems. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate third-party vendors, and enforce Scion’s SOPs and safety standards.

You will monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BAS systems, manage preventive maintenance, and drive improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and high tenant service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or trade school/military training required.
• 8 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• HVAC/EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Reading and interpreting design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, manuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance programs in line with SOPs and regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building maintenance.
• Lead life safety systems management and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Schedule maintenance work and supervise facilities technicians.
• Review completed work for quality, labor hours and material costs.
• Coordinate contractor work, bids, and vendor management.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; manage spare parts.
