Required: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field 3 years of professional experience in higher education or veteran student services 2 years of direct supervisory experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field Veteran status, active military service, military spouse/family affiliation, or extensive documented experience supporting military-connected populations. Direct experience administering VA Education Benefits (G.I. Bill), DoD Tuition Assistance (TA), or Federal TRIO grant programs. Technical fluency with Student Information Systems (Ellucian Banner), degree audit tools (DegreeWorks/CatTracks), and reporting platforms. Demonstrated understanding of federal VA/DoD policies, state approving agency regulations, and institutional FERPA compliance. Spanish-language proficiency or fluency. Demonstrated commitment to supporting military-connected, veteran, low-income, and first-generation student success.

The annual salary for this position starts at $55,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.
