Qualificações

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Education or related field
• Required Experience: 5+ years professional level experience in study abroad programs, SEVIS, continuing education programming and academic advising to students (adult learners)
• Experience in a post secondary institution in recruitment or admissions
• Excellent communication, networking, & negotiating skills
• Ability to manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Proven administrative and managerial skills
• Familiarity with international dental programs and emerging educational trends

Responsabilidades

• Direct the international admissions process and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Respond to inquiries for graduate training programs and evaluate international credentials
• Analyze recruitment data/trends and prepare related reports to determine recruitment priorities
• Develop strategies to increase international recruitment of students from underrepresented countries
• Develop and implement new tuition based programs
• Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, including international travel and events
• Advise international students on academic standards and University policies
