Job summary

The Institute of International Education (IIE) is seeking a Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment to drive strategic outreach for NYU Abu Dhabi. The role oversees operations, budget, and a global team to attract qualified applicants in designated regions using data-driven strategies.

You will manage relationships with NYUAD leadership, supervise staff and contractors, and travel domestically and internationally to advance recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of related work experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing teams across different world regions.
• Strong experience in international student recruitment, university admissions and enrollment management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee NYUAD program operations, budget, personnel, and policy decisions.
• Guide a global recruitment team to meet regional deliverables across five world regions.
• Develop and implement international recruitment plans to attract diverse applicants.
