Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a facilities management professional to assist the Director in overseeing operational needs of the facility in Washington, DC area. You will liaise between the sector and the client, delivering the highest level of service.

The role emphasizes staff planning, standards, and budgets alignment, with responsibilities spanning staffing, inspections, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff, to function under stress, to organize and prioritize tasks, and to develop budgets with an understanding of facility needs.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and terminates personnel in accordance with facility standards.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; ability to recommend action items.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and communicates with other departments to coordinate activities.
• Schedules major project work, ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
