You will coordinate Operations Managers, set standards, plan schedules, hire and develop staff, and supervise inspections while collaborating with other departments and assisting with budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening and empathy, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to develop budgets with a complete understanding of facility needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work schedules and duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per facility standards.
• Orients, trains, develops and supervises all Housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and coordinates housekeeping with other departments.
• Schedules major project work and ensures staffing and supplies.
• Assists Department Director with budgets.
