Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Assistant Director to support the Director of Environmental Services in directing and overseeing housekeeping operations. You will coordinate with Operations Managers and liaise between administration and hospital departments to provide excellent service.

Key duties include establishing standards, planning schedules, hiring and training, conducting inspections, and assisting with budgets to ensure high-quality, compliant facilities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping or facilities management preferred.
• Budgeting and resource planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff in accordance with facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of housekeeping personnel.
• Orients, trains, develops and supervises all Housekeeping staff.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; suggests action items and relocations as needed.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Schedules major project work and ensures adequate staffing and supplies.
• Assists Department Director with budgets.

Educación
