About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands‑on, high‑capacity Assistant Director to join our Front of House leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid to jump into the day‑to‑day operations, while also bringing strategy, structure, and heart to the team.

You’ll be placed in one of four key departments depending on your strengths and experience:

• Talent (Hiring & Recruiting)
• Training & Development (Onboarding & Leadership Development)
• Operations (Shift Management & Drive-Thru Efficiency)
• Marketing (Brand Awareness, Events, and Community Engagement)

This is a full‑time leadership role with clear pathways to senior‑level growth and influence within the restaurant.
