California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks an Assistant Director, Facilities, Operations and Event Management to provide administrative and operational leadership for NCAA Division I athletic contests, special events, campus activities, and external rentals.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating complex events, budgets, and staff.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates scheduling, budgeting, payroll, contracts, and event documentation.
• Leads planning and execution of NCAA Division I home contests, championships, and external rentals.
• Recruits and trains student workers and event staff; develops staffing plans and training programs.
• Manages event budgets, requisitions, invoices, and payroll within fiscal constraints.
• Provides administrative support for departmental initiatives, championships, and strategic projects.
• Assists with special department projects as needed.
