Job summary

The Learning Experience in Marlton, NJ is hiring for a Marketing & Enrollment role focused on growing enrollment and leading community outreach. You will conduct tours, build relationships with families, and support marketing efforts in an early childhood program.

You will work with the Center Director on operations, staffing, and licensing compliance. Ideal candidates have ECE credentials and sales/marketing experience, with strong communication and teamwork to drive enrollment growth and

• Meet New Jersey Center Director licensing requirements (Preferred)
• Required education and ECE credentials (Preferred)
• Successful completion of required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.
• Track enrollment goals and bring new ideas for growth.
• Partner with the Director to support daily center operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
• Maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
• Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
• Help ensure strong enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

Marketing & Enrollment – Primary Focus

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.

What We're Looking For

• Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience as well as classroom experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales and marketing experience with proven results in an Early Childhood Education program coupled with passion for growing enrollment and marketing.
• Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.
• Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.
