This role involves daily operations management, staff training, enrollment building, and compliance with licensing standards, offering a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Child Care Director's License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience
• Experience supervising teachers and support staff
• Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards
• Experience with enrollment, tours, and family retention
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to lead by example and hold staff accountable

Responsibilities
