Little Newtons in Elmwood Park, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead curriculum development and implement age-appropriate programs. You should be a self-motivated leader who communicates with passion with children, parents, and staff.

The role offers potential growth as the company expands and previous center directors have moved to home office roles. The successful candidate will possess a degree in early childhood education (preferred) and demonstrated leadership in a child care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
• Experience in managerial/leadership roles in a child care setting.
• Proven track record of growing school enrollment.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Description
