Grow Associates, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities in the community.

We seek an Assistant Director of Community Based Day Services to help lead programs, supervise staff, and promote person-centered care and community integration. The role involves coordinating operations, ensuring regulatory compliance with DDS and CARF, and expanding vocational opportunities in collaboration with families and community partners.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a social, recreational, educational, vocational, or related setting.
• Two years of supervisory or program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn electronic documentation systems, including HCSIS.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• MAP, First Aid, CPR, and Safety-Care certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with DDS regulations and CARF standards.
• Supervise and support Case Managers, including performance evaluations and development needs.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage staff; lead staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop community-based and vocational opportunities and partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Monitor ISP goals, records, and ISP-like objectives; advocate for individuals served.
