Job summary

Friendship Community Care Inc. seeks a qualified Adult Development Supervisor to coordinate activities, supervise instructors and service coordinators, and ensure compliance with DDS/Medicaid licensing guidelines.

The role includes auditing client files, maintaining documentation, and supporting program budgeting. You will work with multiple teams to plan activities, prepare monthly schedules, and participate in meetings with STAR, treatment staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Mathematical and reasoning abilities as described.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all Individual Program plans for clients, assuring all licensing guidelines are met.
• Assists in writing goals/objectives as needed.
• Reads/signs all Quarterly Progress reports completed by staff.
• Audits AD files monthly for licensing compliance.
• Develops forms/tracking sheets for the AD program.
• Ensures documentation and billing paperwork are complete.
• Attends MAPS and IPP meetings; coordinates scheduling.
• Trains staff and develops weekly curriculum; monitors classes.
