Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to support daily center operations, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality early education.

Working closely with the Center Director, you’ll guide program delivery, safety, and family engagement in a welcoming, well-run environment. This in-person leadership role requires a degree in early childhood education or related field, 2+ years of leadership in quality child care, and compliance with licensing

Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and company.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold mission, culture and values; foster inclusive environment and strong family relationships.
• Monitor program quality and document children’s learning.
• Ensure licensing, accreditation, health and safety compliance and company policies.
