Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks a hands-on Child Care Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director, guiding daily operations, curriculum delivery, and family engagement in a welcoming early childhood center.

You will mentor teachers, uphold licensing standards, and ensure safety and quality across programs, while fostering relationships with families and staff to create a thriving learning environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required
• At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards is required
