Job summary

Bright Horizons in Charlestown, MA is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to support the Center Director in guiding daily operations, educational programming, and family relations.

This leadership role requires an Associate or higher in related field, MA Teaching Certification and Director I Certification, plus at least two years of leadership in a quality center; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• MA Teaching Certification and Director I certification required; Director II preferred.
• At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings required.
• Pass state and company background checks.
