Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to support daily operations and lead center activities in Alexandria, VA.

You will mentor teachers, deliver educational programming, and build strong relationships with families to create a thriving center. Required are a Bachelor's or higher in ECE/education, with at least two years of leadership experience in quality child care, plus knowledge of licensing, health, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field is required.
• At least two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings is required.
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards.
