Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director, guiding daily operations and ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safety in an early childhood center. You will mentor teachers, support educational programming, and build meaningful relationships with families to help children and teams thrive.

This leadership role requires in-person work at our center and compliance with licensing, accreditation, and Bright Horizons policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education is required.
• NYS Teaching Certification (B-2, N-6, 1-6, Special Education) is required.
• At least two years of center supervisory or administrative experience in a high-quality program is required; experience in a NAEYC‑accredited center preferred.
