Bright Horizons in Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Child Care Assistant Director to lead daily operations, mentor teachers, and support families within a high-quality early childhood center.

As a partner to the Center Director, you will uphold our mission, ensure safety and licensing compliance, document children’s learning, and foster strong relationships with staff, families, and clients.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool.
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards.
• Pass required state and company background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program quality and ensure children’s learning is documented and visible.
