You will drive financial success through budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food service management experience including production, service, and sanitation.
• Serve Safe Certification required within 6 months.
• Willingness to relocate for available positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, nutritious meals and responsive service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Manage departmental budgets, controlling food, labor, and nonfood costs to meet financial goals.
• Promote customer satisfaction and coordinate catering, events, and public room bookings.
• Support staffing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Build positive relationships with interdisciplinary teams leveraging HR, financial, and food production systems.

Compensation

• Commensurate with experience from $105,00-115,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

• Builds positive relationships with interdisciplinary teams and effectively uses HR, financial, and food production systems to achieve departmental goals.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 5 years of food service management experience required, including production, service, and sanitation
• Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
• Must be available to relocate for available positions
