Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dining team and oversee operations across multiple themed restaurants and cafés.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, service-driven, with a strong background in multi-unit food service management, focusing on food quality, hospitality, and resident satisfaction. Minimum 5 years of F&B management; Serve Safe certification; willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of food service management experience required, including production, service, and sanitation
• Serve Safe Certification obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and local regulations
• Must be available to relocate for available positions

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, nutritious meals and responsive service to residents, guests, and staff while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manages departmental budgets, controlling food, labor, and nonfood costs to achieve financial goals
• Promotes customer satisfaction and coordinates catering, events, and public room bookings
• Supports departmental planning, staffing, hiring, employee development, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Ensures compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements
• Builds positive relationships with interdisciplinary teams and effectively uses HR, financial, and food production systems to achieve departmental goals

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience from $105,00-115,000 annually,plus eligibility for annual bonus.
