Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to help ensure a smooth dining operation at our Highlands Ranch, Colorado community. You will greet residents and guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus while coordinating with servers and kitchen staff for efficient service.

You will also manage front-of-house flow, answer calls, and help maintain a welcoming, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
• Ability to safely lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby.
• Greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival.
• Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables.
• Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table.
• Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
