Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet residents and guests warmly, manage the dining front entrance and lobby, and provide menus as guests are escorted to their tables. You will support servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, maintain front-of-house cleanliness, and participate in training.

Compensation

Compensation: $17.00- $23.00

What you will make an impact

Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby. Greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival. Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables. Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table. Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen. Assist in training the wait staff.

What you will need

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
• Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
