Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Dining Associate to deliver excellent service to residents in the Continuing Care dining room. You will help run the dining room and pantry smoothly, supporting a great dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, coordinating with seaters, assisting with food prep, stocking, and post-meal cleanup, while ensuring nutritional intake and cleanliness. Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered at this site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a food service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Employer accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

\$19.00 - \$21.00/hour, commensurate with experience

How You Will Make An Impact

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen


• Assist in training the wait staff

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred


• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds


• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays


• High School Diploma or GED
