Job summary

The Rock Creek Foundation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Assistant Director to assist the Director of DD Services with day-to-day operations of DDA programs and staff oversight. You will supervise House Management, Residential Coordinators, Day Program Counselors, and 1:1 aides while driving training, licensure, and plan development.

You will ensure compliance with CARF, COMAR, and state/federal regulations and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Supervisory experience and/or training.
• 5 years of experience providing support to adults with ID/DD and SPMI; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and supervise House Management, Residential Coordinators, Day Program Counselors, Behavioral 1:1 Assistants, CDS Program Manager.
• Hire and train program staff; oversee licensure of residence; develop Person Centered Plans.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, COMAR, State and Federal regulations; support QA activities.
