Job summary
EY is seeking an Assistant Director – Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms in the United States to shape enterprise data, analytics and AI capabilities. You will partner with business leaders, architects and engineering teams to set technical direction, deliver modern data platforms and implement solutions that create measurable business value.
You will lead the design and delivery of data and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, cloud services and emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics delivery.
- Hands-on leadership guiding architecture and solution design decisions.
- Experience with Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric in enterprise data projects.
- Strong knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for data, analytics, and AI platform initiatives from design to production support.
- Guide architecture decisions to meet security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor team members and promote consistent engineering practices.
