EY is seeking an Assistant Director for Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms to shape enterprise data and AI capabilities. You will partner with business leaders and engineering teams to establish direction, deliver modern data platforms and build solutions with measurable business value.

You'll guide architecture decisions, mentor teams, remove delivery barriers and advance secure, scalable, and high‑performing data and AI solutions across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in data engineering or analytics delivery.
• Experience leading architecture decisions and development teams.
• Hands-on with Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric required.
• Strong data pipelines, modelling, and production support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise data, analytics and AI platform initiatives.
• Guide architecture decisions to meet security, scalability and quality requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, development and deployment.
• Review data pipelines and analytics solutions for reliability and performance.
• Communicate risks and options to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
