The Oaks II is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Director in coordinating community engagement and outreach initiatives and grant activities within the department.

You will provide administrative and management support to staff, promote population health initiatives, and help develop programs aimed at underserved communities. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, and a Bachelor\'s degree with supervisory experience is required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of supervisory/management experience.
