Job summary

VOALA, a Los Angeles area nonprofit, seeks a Program Manager II to oversee large programs and complex grant tasks. You will coordinate resources, supervise staff and subcontractors, and drive service delivery for our vulnerable populations.

The role focuses on budgeting, program development, policy creation, training, and collaboration with community partners to expand housing stability and supportive services. Strong leadership and communication with funders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in Social Services Program Management, Coordination or Supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct Staff Management Experience in Homeless Services or related programs.
• Budget Management / Oversight Experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program budgets and manage program development.
• Supervise VOALA teams and coordinate case managers and housing stability plans.
• Coordinate multiple programs on location and ensure service delivery.
• Collaborate with community partners and funders to expand services.
• Ensure mandated reporting and compliance across programs.
