The Oaks II is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Director in coordinating community engagement and outreach initiatives and grant activities within the department.
You will provide administrative and management support to staff, promote population health initiatives, and help develop programs aimed at underserved communities. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, and a Bachelor\'s degree with supervisory experience is required.
The Assistant Director assists the Director in coordinating the activities and functions of all actions related to community engagement and outreach as well as any grant activities related to department efforts. Performs specific administrative and management duties to enhance and support the Director, utilizing initiative and expert working knowledge of all duties. Assists employees and managers in the development and enhancement of outreach and population health initiatives and activities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related supervisory and management experience is required. Must have a minimum of five years of experience in directly managing programs or grants. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
