Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in career services, employer relations, or workforce development.
• Three years of leadership and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Career Services programs and cross-campus initiatives.
• Develop long-range plans, priorities, goals, and assessment strategies.
• Lead employer engagement and internships, co-op, and full-time opportunities.
• Oversee data analytics, dashboards, and reporting for outcomes.
• Supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure service quality.
