Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to help manage daily operations, uphold state licensing standards, and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and families. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and program quality within a supportive team.

You will oversee classroom operations, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training and credentialing opportunities, including the Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
