Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a licensed childcare center in Fort Worth, TX. You will ensure safety, implement educational practices, and support families daily.

You will lead staff, recruit, train, and maintain licensing standards while promoting a positive, supportive workplace. This role offers growth opportunities and a focus on balance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
