Job summary

Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director for a Fort Worth, TX childcare center to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and support program quality. You will supervise staff, coordinate with families, and help meet licensing standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership in a licensed childcare facility, a High School diploma, and a commitment to nurturing children. We offer benefits, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have prior leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
