Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to lead a school, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with licensing standards in our Texas center. You will partner with families and staff to create a nurturing, safe environment and drive program excellence.

You will mentor a team, coordinate operations, and support the center's success through strong leadership, scheduling, and adherence to policy. This role offers growth and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
