Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to lead our child care center with warmth, safety, and excellence. Accountable, protective of licensing standards, and focused on creating a nurturing, educational environment for children and families, you will recruit and retain strong staff and help drive center profitability while fostering a positive team culture.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
