Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school under the direction of the School Director.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and leads efforts to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
