Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the program and staff.

You will help promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, recruit and retain qualified staff, and uphold licensing standards to support a caring, educational environment for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
