Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Requirements include being 21+, leadership and at least 1 year in licensed childcare, a BA degree (HS diploma or equivalent also required), and compliance with state education standards.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• BA degree required; high school diploma or equivalent.
• State requirements for education and center qualifications must be met.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively with the School Director.
• In the Director's absence, take sole responsibility for the school and promote children's growth.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• BA Degree required.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly rate based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
