Job summary

Grand Living is seeking an Assistant Dining Supervisor to elevate the Resident dining experience by overseeing dining staff and delivering culinary activities across all venues, including special events. Under the Dining Manager, you will uphold high service standards and ensure timely, courteous operations.

The role requires 3+ years in food and beverage within upscale settings, a HS diploma or GED, and strong English literacy to train staff and communicate with Residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Food & Beverage experience in country club, fine dining, restaurant or upscale senior living hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to direct, hire, train staff, and read recipes.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Resident dining experience through oversight and culinary training of dining staff.
• Deliver culinary activities across all dining venues: Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care, and Club Room.
• Support the Dining Manager and maintain service standards for all menu offerings.
• Participate in special events and private functions with professional, timely service.
