Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Manager to support the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will help manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead training sessions, coordinate with residents and families, and ensure adherence to dietary guidelines and HCSG policies. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to quality service.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service management or similar role desired.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Dining Services Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure service quality.
• Maintain records of inventory, costs, and staff schedules.
• Lead training on food preparation, service techniques, and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance dining experiences.
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with residents and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
